I just got my 1st issue in. I printed up 125 of 'em. 100 for Amazing Arizona Comicon and 25 for fucking off with (friends/family/comic shops, etc.)
I hope people like it.
I wanted to make an 80's/90's style indie comic ... the kind I grew up reading and the kind I can't really find today. Inspired by all the movies, toys, cartoons, video games, and comics I love(d); Earth Vs. issue #1, tell your friends.

Finished up page 21. Only 7 more pages and some cover work and I'm done with issue #1! It'll be nice to have it all done. I hope to finish everything up by my birthday (August 22nd) .. that'll be my present to myself.

I finished page 18 yesterday but I had to go get sunburned at Sunsplash and didn't have time to post it.
I'm hoping to finish page 19 today because it's a single page spread and it seems pretty easy but who knows.

Finished up page 16! Figured out my first issue is going to be 28 pages. That's a nice number. So ... 12 more to go! I have most of the pages (up to 23) rough drafted but .. beware! Animal Crossing has been released and time is not on my side!

Finally finished page 15. I let myself get distracted with a bunch of things recently (like getting my website resetsurvivor.com finished) but, now I can concentrate on finishing this first issue.

I made some little Miiverse art samplers to give away at the Phoenix Comicon. They were pretty cool. They had some sample images from my Miiverse account (NNID: resetsurvivor), my Mii QR, and a mention of my website. I'm pretty sure I got zer0 followers from it but it still looks cool. I'm keeping about 50 of them to give to Nintendo fans in January at the Amazing Arizona Comicon, where I hope to have an Artist Alley table.

Finished up page 14 .. these pages are taking me alot longer than I thought they would. Each page is probably taking me about 10-12hrs. Maybe I need to rethink my process? As long as I finish at least 1 page a week I'll be fine.

Finally finished page 12. I've been having crazy tooth problems and have been going to the dentist. So that cut into my comic time because drawing sucks when you're in pain. I really want to draw ... but tooth!

Finished page 11 of Earth Vs. I'm going to try and do at least 2 pages a week. I'm shooting for 3 but we'll see what happens. If I can do 3 a week, that's 12 a month! I'd be finished by June's end.

After a tons of time off, I've finally finished another page. I'm really going to ramp up my production here ... hopefully. There's less than 300 days left in the year!
